PLOT: Joe and Demi have been dating for a long time now but things haven’t been working out very well. It hasn’t been as strong as when they first started dating. So rather than just breaking up, they stay together because they both still care about each other, but things have been going slow. They both think about how things were before when they were better, and miss those days. So then one night Demi has a dream where she sees herself in the hospital having surgery or something. Then she sees Joe and notices he’s upset. Then she realizes he’s upset because of what’s going on with her, as if she’s not going to make it. I know that this part isn’t really shown but Demi starts to think about what would happen if that actually happened. If she was in Joe’s shoes wouldn’t she be the same way? So she realizes that she’s still in love with Joe and wants to fix their relationship. They start spending more time together and things start going back to the way they used to be. Now at the part where they kiss and there‘s a sunset, the sunset represents like a day or two passing because after that, something bad happens to Demi. I never quite figured out what, cause I’m not good with medical stuff and couldn’t think of anything so use your imagination–but something bad causes Demi to have to go to the hospital maybe an accident of …
